Email

hello@charios.com. Best for: support questions, billing issues, bug reports, partnership inquiries, press.

We respond within 24 hours on business days (Mon-Fri, Asia / HK time). Weekends and public holidays may be slower.

Community forum

charios.com/community — public Q&A. Best for: feature ideas you want others to upvote, sharing characters / projects you've built, asking other users for tips.

We monitor the community forum but don't promise per-thread responses. For anything time-sensitive, email is faster.

In-editor bug reports

Open the file menu (top-left brand pill in the editor) → Report a bug. This pre-fills an email with your project ID, browser, and editor version — saves you from typing them out and gets us a faster reproduction.

What to include in a bug report

  1. Project ID (the UUID in the editor URL).
  2. Browser + version (chrome://version on Chrome, similar on others).
  3. What you did — "I dragged a custom .fbx onto the editor and the preview canvas froze."
  4. What you expected — "the clip would import and play."
  5. Screenshot or screen recording if visual.
  6. Console errors — open DevTools (F12), check the Console tab, copy any red errors.

More information = faster fix. We don't get offended by long bug reports; we appreciate them.
