Manage your subscription
Change card, view invoices, switch plans, cancel — all through the Polar customer portal we link to from your settings.
Charios uses Polar to handle payments, invoices, and subscription state. The customer portal lives at Polar — we link to it from your account settings.
Opening the portal
- Click your avatar in the top-right.
- Pick Settings → Billing.
- Click Manage subscription. You're redirected to the Polar portal.
What you can do in the portal
- Update card — swap your payment method.
- View invoices — every invoice is downloadable as PDF.
- Switch plan — upgrade Pro → Team or downgrade Team → Pro. Changes pro-rate.
- Cancel subscription — flips you to Free at the end of the current billing period.
- Reactivate — if you cancelled and changed your mind, reactivate before the period ends.
Tax & invoices
Polar charges VAT / sales tax based on your billing address. Every invoice includes the breakdown — base price, tax, total. You can update your billing address in the portal at any time; the next invoice will reflect the change.
Team billing
Team accounts bill per seat, billed to a single payment method. Adding or removing seats during a billing cycle pro-rates automatically — you only pay for the days each seat was active.
