Who can join?
Anyone with a Charios account. We don't gatekeep on audience size — a single referral that sticks pays out for years, so we'd rather have 1,000 small creators than 10 big ones.
What counts as a qualifying purchase?
Any paid Charios product: Pro monthly/annual, the lifetime deal, and credit top-up packs. Free signups don't pay out until they upgrade — but once they do, you start earning on every payment from that moment on.
How long does the referral cookie last?
60 days from the last click. If someone clicks your link, waits two weeks, then buys — you still get credit.
When do commissions clear?
Commissions sit in 'pending' for a 30-day refund window. After that they're approved and eligible for payout. We never claw back approved commissions unless the customer charges back.
How and when do I get paid?
Request a payout any time your approved balance hits $50.00 or more. We send via Wise or PayPal within 7 business days of the request.
Can I refer myself or my company?
No — self-referral is blocked at the database level. Trying to game it is the fastest way to get your account paused.
