Terms of service.

By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old. Don't use Charios to attempt to break it, scrape it, or harm other users.

You retain all rights to the assets you upload. You grant Charios a non-exclusive licence to store, process, and render those assets so the editor can do its job.

You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload — original art you made, art you licensed, or art that's in the public domain.

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and the occasional outage happen. Free-tier users get the same reliability as paid tiers.

Pro and Team plans are billed via LemonSqueezy. Plans are paid in advance; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked, by emailing hello@charios.com.

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service (excessive uploads, bot traffic, attempting to overload R2). Deleted accounts have their data removed within 30 days.

Charios is provided "as is". We're not liable for data loss caused by the service unless we've been grossly negligent. Keep your own backups of important assets.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email + the release notes page. Continued use after a change implies acceptance.
